Please ensure all returned goods are in their original packaging and accompanied by the digital receipt.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Marketplace account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Package Your Items
For non-perishable goods, securely place the items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.
Ship the Return
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; for perishable quality claims, simply upload a photo of the product through our portal instead of shipping it back.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
