Herdade do Esporão Cobrançosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This intense and complex Cobrançosa olive oil is crafted from carefully selected terroirs in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo. Cold-extracted at the Esporão mill below 24°C, the oil preserves its herbaceous notes of fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and tomato vine. With a balanced spiciness and bitterness, and just 0.2% acidity, it pairs beautifully with vegetables, gazpacho, bruschetta, and even chocolate mousse.
